WE AFRICA POOR SERVICE.

I recently paid for their services for a Wifi installation the communique they sent to me after the payment was made is that in 5 business days they will come and install the Wifi. This was suppose to be a gift for my mom since I live in the other side of the province she has always wanted a Wifi in her house. To cut the long story short I called them today and I have been placed on hold for a very long time. I reached out via WhatsApp and was told by one their agents that "Upon investigation, I have found that all installations and maintenance in the area have been put on hold for safety reasons." I believe this should have been communicated long time ago no I will leave without them installing the wifi I am so disappointed.
