We africa nightmare 😭😭

Worst, horrible service ever had to deal with. I signed up for a promotion for 399 for 24 months only to be billed 699 which I hardly have. I just hate this company. When you call support services, you won't get any response. I tried to cancel and I was told I have to 2,5 for the router and also return it. On top of that, am not supposed to send the router via post, I should drive to Branston. I feel trapped, even fell into depression
