We Africa HORRIBLE ISP

I am struggling to get my refund after termination of service. I gave them a month and a half's notice of termination. At the end of the notice they still billed me and had not terminated the service. I notified them about this and they promised to fix the error and refund me in 3-5 days. A month later I still have not received the refund and they are still trying to bill me again for this month of Feb 2023. They provide horrible service and are expensive - STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS ISP!!! They get a zero rating!!!
