We Africa disgusting service

What nonsense is this organization I received my router on the 22nd of November 2023. I paid a R249 subscription fee and an additional R699 for the service I subsequently paid R700 on the December 2023 as an upfront payment Today my subscription has been canceled due to outstanding balance of January I fail to understand the logic. My payment date was chosen on their platform as the 20 of each month,what amount is currently outstanding and why Unless I've been made to pay the full month's amount for November although I did not have the service then ,in that case I have been ****med Horrible ,horrible service consultants,inefficient and fail to provide a simple service, so disappointing to pay for a service you do not receive. I also have a complaint with Webafrica which was just closed with no acknowledgement...typical!
