Waste of time, go with Afrihost for better support, free installation, activation and router

The worst experience I've had. Installed fibre on the 22nd of April. I only connected 12 days later, on the 5th of May. The ont box was glued onto the wall, which then fell off immediately after the first install. The guys came back on the 5th of May, and used a glue gun again. Then yesterday after 4 days, it fell off the wall again and the internet is out once again. The guy says that they'll only come out on Monday after 4pm. Which means tgos is 3rd weekend without internet.

Would love to cancel, but I see the same pathetic service provider, Octotel is with Afrihost aswell.
