Waste of time

We set aside an entire day as per an appointment confirmed by Webafrica for installation today. A technician was meant to arrive at 11:30 is now 14:14 and 2 lengthy calls later to Webafrica after being placed on hold for more than 10 minutes per call there is still no answer on when a technician will arrive. This is highly inconvenient and very frustrating when at least trying to get a more accurate ETA.
