Waste of money and time

Complete utter useless company, I opened the package 2 weeks ago. Paid the installation and package, my internet hasn't been up yet!! I used their WhatsApp line because for some unworldly reason they don't have support call lines?? I kept also getting the same dumb response daily we working on your fault its been 3 days??? it said 0 - 48 hours to resolution. No action has been take. If i could give this people 0 starts i would. Complete waste of my time and money
