Warning to avoid WebAfrica

Hopeless after sales service. Mediocre support. Evasive and disempowered call centre agents. After taking the trouble to return the router at the termination of my contract I got stung for the "clawback" cost of R2880. This is the thanks I get as a customer who diligently paid their bills and read the fine print to avoid such costs. It is a bureaucratic, unhelpful organisation more interested in profiteering from us clients than assisting. Be warned.
