We canceled our service with WebAfrica in October 2022 by email and by whatsapp. They continued to debit our account until we moved our salary from the account around February 2023. Then Maria Teleka and Liora from <***> contacted us on email and copied another client Robin Singh on our conversation breaching POPI act exposing our account statements details and personal information. We provide proof that we did cancel services and we then requested a refund. Subsequently we received an email from WebAfrica saying that our services has been cancelled on 17/02/2023. Then on 02/03/2023 we receive an email from Webafrica that your Credit Card Payment has failed. Again today we receive an email from Webafrica that your Credit Card Payment has failed. Their router was returned on time as per their instruction in Centurion. No refund was credited, guess what, they are still debiting our account.
