Want peace? Find Another Provider

I don't know whether to laugh or cry hey. I've been waiting almost three weeks for a router I ordered after taking up service with Webafrica. Both themselves and their trusted & fellow terrible service provider friends at Dawn Wing keep saying that it's out for delivery. Are they delivering it from the moon? Today I ask them to cancel the order and refund me, & they say I can't be refunded. So I paid for something that never arrived??? What's worse is they don't care AT ALL about your complaints. If I were you and I'm reading this, I wouldn't bother with them. ****** with fancy websites and terrible service. Save yourself the time.
