Waiting for refund - ****ty service

This is shocking services from webafrica. At the end of June, WebAfrica debited my account with a wrong amount of R3000. I contacted them on their whatapp services (if you phone them who will wait 2hrs before calls get answered) - they said they can not do refunds. Eventually on the 19th July they said they will do a refund. Been waiting over a month for my money to be paid back - because they are *********** to do their work.
