Waiting for activation for too long

Horrible service . I’ve been dealing with them for 2 weeks now. They first double debited me and couldn’t track my payment after I reversed one. Secondly the installation guys don’t come on the day they’ve set an appointment. When they do come they do an incomplete job not ensuring that everything goes well. Now it’s been a week I am waiting for activation, they aren’t giving me a valid reason why my router isn’t being activated!! Horrible service I’ve spoken to over 30 agents in the past 5 days no one is able to assist
