Waiting 6 six days and still no Technical support to fix my Router

I logged a query on the 1st of August, last Tuesday. After the initial support, a follow up call was logged the Wednesday because the WiFi was still giving speed issues. The online support established that there was an issue with the WiFi of the router. The technicians that are supposed to come out with in 48 hours have still not contacted me, let alone come out. As soon as Openserve has completed with their installation in our area, I AM MOVING!!!!!
