Wait a bit

The company gives good routers and good signal and service, but their accounts department is a mess, I tried to switch to debit order on their portal and I thought all was in order only to find that it was not processed, ok that was my bad, then my line was suspended to get it back up again was a night mare no one knows how to process my payment ang get me back online I spoke to close to six agents no help all I have been told to do is to wait.
