Vuma/web Africa bad service

On the 5 Feb 2025 I lost my wifi connection due to a thunderstorm, I contacted wen Africa to report the incident and I was advised they are aware of the problem and it will be sorted out within 24hours, long story short today is the 8 Feb and still no connection even though I chat with their call center everyday, I even asked for the matter to be escalated but no technician has been sent through instead they just take forever to respond to their chats and when they finally respond they tell you about unplugging and plugging back after 5 mins or suggest to change passwords and that hasn't worked in 4 days
