Vumatel/Webafrica - Ridiculously Poor Service

Poor service.

I placed an order with WebAfrica for a 500/200 package & the fibre is under Vuma for my new house. There was a tenant before & that tenant did not cancel their ISP before moving out. Now WebAfrica is taking me from pillar to post instead of assisting me with installation.
