Absolute nightmare. I have not had internet for the past 3 weeks this going to be the 4th week. I have been calling to no avail I have been on they WhatsApp chat daily. I was asked to pay a further R399.00 which I did and still no internet. They send out a technician after 3.5 weeks who doesn't rectify the issue. They chat assistants are rude and not helpful at all. There isn't a number on which you can call them for help. This is a **** be ware.
