VUMATEL TO REFUND

I place an order with Vumatel 15 December 2023 , they promise to call to set date for installation ,no calls i decided to wait till Jan 2024 , when i contacted them on the 10 January 2024 i was told that installation in my areas has been stopped till further notice so i cancelled with them and ask for a rund , so they told me it is cancelled and refund is going to take 5-7 days to this date i havent heard from them and no refund
