Vumatel Service

Am really dissatisfied with the service am receiving from both Vumatel and WebAfrica, my internet service has been down since the 31st at Logged on: 2022-12-31 11:57:23, got the WebAfrica Ref no, spoken to an agent who told me that a ticket has been opened for me, ever since, no one from the so called Senior Technician hasn't even contacted me, but evermonth they are quick to come to my account and debit, and if there no funds they quick to disconnect, but when such issues arise the hide behind closed door, really disappointed
