VUMATEL not servicing us the proper way

I'm really disappointed paid for services on the 22/05/2024 nothing has been done 3 weeks without internet connection and no service even if we contact the customer service we get no help the account holder name is Thuli Mahlangu *** she is my sister but I'm the one who financially taken over to pay since she's no longer employed.
