Vumatel Fibre Webafrica have not help me where I have payed them for wifi fibre

Hello I have registered with vumatel Fibre and have registered Webafrica as my service provider on the 27 January 2021 and I've payed them the amount fee to register but I'm still waiting on them to activate my wifi which should have been activated the 16 February already. I'm from cape Town Mitchell's plain beacon valley can someone please help me solve this issue because Webafrica are not helping me it feels like I have payed them for nothing.
