Hi Please help my order number is : *** I was supposed to have technicians come install my fibre today at 3 as per your confirmation sent to me via sms and email it's already an hour late now and nothing has been said to me this is really unacceptable and am inconvenience to me as I have things to do and serious matters to attend to but i am here waiting for people who I don't even know they coming or not. I really don't how I am being treated as a customer your guys service is really uncalled for👎🏽. When I paid I did not give you guys problems but when you have to render for the services I paid for it a problem this is unacceptable.
