Vumatel disgusting services

This is one bad bad company I've requested and paid gor wifi on the 5th of July 2024 and they came and installed the router on the 15th of July 2024 I've not been connected to wifi since then I'm phoning webafrica as there's no direct line to vumatel but I keep on receiving the same response that the query has been escalated vumatel will give me a call to say when they will come they don't give you any feedback at all and you hear nothing from them but before I paid they were calling me none stop to ask me to make payment but now no calls or any communication from them this is one pathetic service provider I wouldn't recommend anyone to get in-service with them I'm so ****ed
