Vumatel and webafrica terrible service

Internet was shut down 2 days ago due to something to do with the server!!! Ever since it came back up, no apps are working! Webafrica tells it will take 48 hours but it's been 3 days already. There's always a ****en problem with Vumatel and webafrica!!!!!! 😡😡😡 How the **** do you pay for a service you can't use!!!!!!
