VUMATEL AND WEBAFRICA IS THE WORST!!!!

the worst service, the most unprofessional, i mean i cant be disconnected for 2 weeks and when I make payment, its now a problem to get me reconnected?! Vumatel/webafrica, why cancel the line when theres non payment because from what I understand its supposed to be a month to month, WHY cancel???!!!! Now a new order is being place instead of my line getting reconnected.... I am appalled at web africa / Vumatel service, continue with cancelling my line and please reimburse me my money so I can look for services elsewhere
