Vumatel and web Africa failing to deliver

I logged a WhatsApp chat with webafrica on 27th June 2022 requesting that a vumatel technician come and change my cable since there was a construction going on at my house and I was told a vuma agent will call me to assist within 24-48 hours with reconnecting the cable, I did another call yesterday on the 1st of July telling them my cable is broken and my internet is down, iam unable to work since no vuma agent contacted me from the 27th of June, stil I was told they will call me before the end of the day on the 1st, even today iam stil waiting without internet, I can't even work since iam working from home, yet they have debited my R529 from my account without giving me the service I deserve. Iam very disappointed in these two companies.
