They are the most unreliable service provider. Last year November I had a connection problem reported the fault and was resolved after 2 weeks after numerous follow ups. Now beginning on the 10th of Jan 2024 I reported a fault again. Following day received a message that I should be resolved was caused by loadshedding I don't know how many follow ups I did but still no positive response. And now they are sending me payment reminders how do I pay for service that I can not use. Tha fact that they do not have customer makes it worse.
