This company is a big company that intends to provide internet service to the community,but they fail dismally.They have a contact center that doesn't care or know what they doing.They are more arguementative than theyare helpful,"if reached".I seek help for a better internet service provider who cares for it's cuatomers other Webafrica and Vumatel.When i moved places they made me pay for 2 accounts even the one from which i moved,and that was unused for a whole month.They debiting my account like they wish to,charge me fees that I do not know.I sent them my bank statement and still they argue what's written thereon.They don't deserve to be running a business in RSA.
