Vuma Wifi

My line has been down since last week and till now could not get hold of anyone to assist me, the watsapp line supposed to be the fastest option but still no feedback has been received , every month there is an issue with this subscription and at the end of the month they expect to debit the full amount of R399 but yet my line has been off now for a whole week now, this is totally pathetic service really, i cant even cancel my subscription as no one answers or gets back to me,
