Vuma Webafrica such disappointment.agent that don't know wat they doing

I paid my vuma wife on the 14 off November and today is 9 December still not connected.

Spoke to more than 20 agent and all off them keep telling me they are excalating my query and nothing is happing, request for tl or manager to call 2 weeks ago and no one has called me. Their wats up agent speak to u and never calls their query. I'm really not sure wat they getting paid for.
