Review of Vuma Webafrica Network Connection

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Vuma Webafrica. The network connection is consistently unreliable, often being completely off. To make matters worse, there’s a severe lack of communication from the service provider.

As customers, we are left in the dark while continuing to pay for a service that is barely functional. The poor service delivery and absence of proactive customer support make the experience frustrating and unacceptable.

I would not recommend this service to anyone until significant improvements are made in both the network reliability and customer care.
