Vuma Tel. Pathetic service

I have been trying to get my invoice for the month of August from Web Africa Vuma. I have still not received it! Their website does not have it! Further to that you can only chat to them via WhatsApp. I have spoken to numerous agents with no help whatsoever. It takes forever for their bot to even put me through to chat to an agent.
