Vuma bad service

I have been offline since Wednesday till today and it seems they are not willing to help me I have contacted them through their WhatsApp channel and also chatting with one of their technicians not getting help, the sad part is now some of my nabours are back online, everyday the technician Matome Lepatla he replies at night telling me he will help me tomorrow, yesterday he said the same thing, he has been ignoring my calls the whole day he just decided to respond now saying he will help me tomorrow, their service sucks😡😡😡😡
