Vuma Bad Client Service

Service is contracted to 30 days however today an agent called SINETHEMBA cut my service, last month I paid on the 15th and this month on the 11th my service gets disconnected and Im expected to pay another R400 while 30 days hasn't passed. This is Unprofessional, Bad client service and unsatisfing. Im disappointed at this business I thought moving from telkom was the best but now I regret it. She even refused to provide me with her managers name. She is very rude.
