Very very poor service from this ISP

Very very poor service . i app**** for an upgrade they charged me for the service but i don't have the service and the support from them is terrible the one say this and then the next say something different , then they cannot answer you on big issues like hardware issues i have been battling for over a year with my router and they don't follow up with their clients
