VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

Very bad customer care department, I recently got fibre through them i have had slow connection since the 28th november, and no connection since 12th december. their so called whatsapp support is absolutely pathetic you hold for min 2hrs before a "live agent" helps you, only to not solve the problem, you try calling their customer care number and you hold for over 15min only to get cut off. CANCELLED contract due to not wanting to resolve my connection
