Very very POOR AND service.

I subscribed to the uncapped R399 service. At no point I could speak to a service provider only corresponding per Whattsapps. Suddenly Webafrica increase the monthly rate to R739 with no service at all. The service was cut and at no time this could be rectived. No correction or service at all.
