Very Very Bad Service

I signed up with Web Africa for an internet service but decided against it so I wanted to cancel the order the very next day. I tried contacting them on their web instant chat app, but to no avail I waited for an hour without receiving any response.

I then found their WhatsApp's contact details, started a conversation at 11:30 but 16:31 My order was finally cancelled. I then asked for I refund fir the R250 fee they charge upfront, but to no avail. I was transferred twice and was met by a person who only answered me with one-word answers. This is a very unorganized, unprofessional company. I do not even know if I will receive my refund as they completely deleted my account with them.
