VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

STAY VERY FAR AWAY from WebAfrica. They are the worst networking company ever. I joined them December 2021, but ever since I had connection issues that just could not be resolved, but I had to stick with them due to the fact that if I was to cancel before 12mnt was over I had to pay the installation fee of R2000+. January 2023 I requested cancellation, they then promised me that the connection issue will be sorted and that they will upgrade me with no extra cost what so ever. BUT to my regret that was not true. After a month the connection issue still was not resolved and I decided to cancel, BUT now due to the upgrade I'm having to pay a cancellation fee of R999, which was not mentioned to me at ALL and I had to give a 30 day notice. Now the connection issue was sorted and all was going very well, my hubby said to me to rather stay with WebAfrica seeing the issue is now resolved, which I then did. I re-instated my service with them, BUT now only to find that I was already cut off from the services on the 30.03.2023 and not the 01.04.2023 as I paid for. I whatsup'd the call centre and was told the Vuma lines was down and they are working on it. The next day still I did not have Wifi, again contacted the call centre and now was told that Vuma never re-instated my line, but the call was escalated and I will have coverage soon. Monday the 3rd I still had no coverage, I cancelled again with WebAfrica and joined another provider and connected me the same day still. WebAfrica now took off the monthly subscription, which I said to keep for the cancellation of the service as I just want to get rid of them. Cancellation done and dusted, BUT again the deducted a monthly subscription off on the 01.05.2023 because the cancellation was only put through on the 05.04.2023 and not the 31.03.2023. They are taking my money, but not providing me with any service. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! And the best part, I've requested management to contact me, but guess what NO one comes back, to me!
