Very very bad service

Very very bad service. I book an installation in June. Paid for it and cancelled it but up to today I have not had a refund. I was told it will be added as credit to my new account but nothing. I am now stuff with out wifi and I must pay again to have it activated and wait for a refund.

There is not number to call and when chatting the chats get closed so you have to start over. They leave no notes so for 6 months I had to repeat the same story.
