VERY VERY BAD AFTER SALE SUPPORT

I bought data SIM cards for a project, delivery kept messing up but didn’t complain, they then finally deliver one out of the 4 and it’s not active, I’ve been trying to get at support since last night and still no response and I need the sims for an installation, my thing is if you don’t want people to use the service don’t advertise, now getting my money back too will become a problem.
