Very very atrocious the worst service ever

Hi I app**** for the service over about 2 to3 months ago and now I've received the SIM card after kicking and screaming since then. once I received the SIM card I've been trying to get through together Africa to arrange payment nobody's answering they go to stupid bot called willy on the chat when you phone them nobody answers their phone they keep referring you to the WhatsApp number keep referring you to the internet or the app and nobody seems to get back at anybody. how many times have called them and wasted airtime my airtime is never going to be replaced I've made payment I'm sitting with a dud sim card without any service eventually when I got through to somebody this person could not help me, I wanted to escalate the matter to a team leader and they just cut my call this is the worst service I've ever ever had in my entire life I don't even know why I'm sticking with them as I have completely lost my patients the very very useless. If they cannot handle the volume of clients then I suggest it just shut down or use another service provider to assist them as that will eliveiate the high influx of clients
