VERY USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER

Back here again, and I am still without internet connection. Over 30 days of n service yet my account is debited in full. Their agents are extremely unprofessional, I have had 2 hang up the phone on me while I was talking. I want nothing to do with this service provider. I need everything cancelled with immediate effect. I will also not serving any notice because you too, failed to communicate or give me notice when my internet went down. I am really sick of these people.
