Very Upset Customer, i want to cancel my service

My inter has been down since Monday. I can’t get hold of anyone telephonically, and Webafrica and Vumatel complaints email does not work anymore. I logged 3 calls, finely a Vumtel technician came out yesterday. He said the actual installation was so badly done and very unprofessional. He said he will come and fix it today. So far no came to fix my internet. I’m really upset and want to cancel my Fiber and go somewhere else. Anita Mocke
