Very unprofessional!

This company is so unprofessional... I tried calling them many times today. They put you on hold then drop you. I have been on their whatsApp chat service since 10:00am and only chat with two agents who couldn't help...they both reffered me to operations Dept option. This so called Dept isn't on their chat menu. All I need is to CANCEL a service. I mean really. If anyone from the cares to read this, my customer number is BSY09. The service I want to cancel reflects as pending on my dashboard. It's a SIM card for R219.00 for 30+30 gigs.
