Very unhappy client

Webafrice most be the most useless isp there ever was To webafrica management please close up shop i have been trying to get help from you tech support for 2 days been chatting to willi the dumb ass bot please get someone to call me or you all can just go ahead and cancel my service witch is not working any ways this is insane being transfered from one tech to another on whatsapp the hole day just to end up with a msg that is telling me that working hours is over when i call it seems that this isp does not exist i have spend more airtime then the cost of my monthly wifi you should value your clients since we pay for service and expect of you to deliver.....please get someone to call me that can assist or tell me where you office is in jhb so i can take this device and stuff it up somewhere in someone or cancel and refund my cash and the last thing you can do is to show me where the delete button is for willi the bot cause that along with you watsapp chat is the most useless thing at mweb .
