Very slow router delivery and installation connection

Terrible customer service! Ordered my router for my fibre wifi, after that they told me I only have 24 hours to pay, which I paid. I made payment for the connection and the router! So paid for everything in advance! I still have not received my router and connection! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED after I received a recommendation for your services
