Very poor support options.

12 days with an ongoing problem and I have to spend hours every day on the WhattsApp support line trying to get updates and get passed from agent to agent. Totally unacceptable service. They truly don't care if you get support or resolution, their business model is low cost support and if they lose some clients then so be it.
