Very Poor Support for Webafrica Internet Services

I have had no service for almost a month now. No update, Just a lot of finger pointing between Webafrica and SADV/VUMA. This isn’t the first time either Webafrica has failed to give reasonable time frames for resolution of support queries. Just in general if you have a problem on Webafrica service expect no feedback.
