VERY POOR SERVICE WEBAFRICA

Webafrica is the worst. We move to a fiber active place, we arranged for installation on the 15th of May. The technician arrived late but could not assist, he said he will come the next Saturday. Then when confirming with Webafrica for 08h05 on Saturday the technician did not come so we had to rearrange our day as we also had to work. Then they arrive Saturday after 14h00. Then they say they have to do digging for something so they arranged with us for this morning. And quess what, still they havent arrived. I phoned webafrica, spoke to someone, that persone put me on hold for 20 min to speak to a manager. The call got cut. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM WEBAFRICA
